Shipping Information:

Shipping method we use is USPS-Priority Mail.

We'll process your order and deliver your package within 24 hours after payment's received. It takes aprox. 3-4 business days to most destinations in the U.S.

All order processing occurs from Monday through Friday and Saturday morning.

Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. We don't provide Saturday or Sunday delivery on orders made during weekends.

International Shipping Information:

The shipping method we use is USPS-International Priority Mail.

It may take aprox. 5 to 7 days to most countries.

Note: If your country is not on our list of countries, please contact us so we can guide you to complete your order process!

Devolutions:

We are responsible only if the product sent is not the one the customer have ordered. Customer have to send the wrong item back to us. We'll send the correct item as soon as we receive the wrong one. The product needs to be intact, just the way customer received it. In case that the item have been used or in irregular conditions, shipping costs spent to send the wrong item to us, won't be credited and no item will be sent as well.

We are not responsible if you make a mistake and the Post Office returns your package to us. If this happens please remember customer have to pay postage again.

We are not responsible for lost merchandise if you didn't insured your merchandise. If you want to insure your items please contact us before paying.

No refunds. We will credit the return of unopened merchandise. Credits will be used toward the purchase of additional merchandise.
