1.- Choose the products you would like to buy pressing the 'Add to cart' button. Follow the check out process. The system will give you the total amount + shipping cost, based on your address and weight of your purchase.

2.- Pay your total amount.

a.- If you have a Paypal account just choose the Paypal option and follow the check out process.
b.- If you'd like to pay immediately using your Credit Card over the phone, please select 'Money Order' as payment method, then call us at 1-888-609-1733 to complete the payment process wherever you are. Each transaction is usually authorized in seconds via a protected connection.
c.- If you are planning to send a 'Money Order' or if you want to make an electronic transfer through Western Union, please send it within 7 days after placing your order. Otherwise your order will be automaticaly canceled and your order will be sent back to inventory.

3.- Check your e-mail address to get a copy of your order which has important information about your purchase.

4.- If you've sent your payment (Money Orders or Western Union), please notify when you payment was sent or made. If you make an electronic transfer through Wester Union please give us the 'Control Number'.

5.- As soon as you payment is received or approved, then we'll be sending your purchase within 24 hours after your payment is received. We will send your Delivery Confirmation Number to your email address in case you need to claim it or you want to track your package down.

What you need to know!
Please remember you have 7 days to send your payments. If we haven't received payments within this period of time, your order will automaticaly canceled and items will be returned to our inventory.

Make sure your information is correct. We're not responsible if you make a mistake and the Post Office returns your package to us. If this happens please remember you have to pay for shipping postage again.

We use USPS-Priority Mail withing the US and internationally as shipping method. If you are an international customer we want to let you know USPS connects with your country's national postal office. If you don't trust them, you can request private companies such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX. They are very good, very fast, but very expensive though. The good thing is that you can receive your purchase in about 4 to 6 business days. We'll give you the shipping quote if you request it.
